FOSHAN WING CHUN is a traditional Wing Chun style, taught originally by the late
GrandMaster Yip Man in the town of Foshan, and passed on by his Student Master Lun
Wing chun is a very direct, “No Frills” Chinese boxing style. Regular practice of
any Kung Fu style will reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, build core strength,
balance and stability, improve flexibility, promote good coordination skills and
improve overall health.
Teaching is in a very traditional style. There are no gradings in our style - when
you are ready to learn more you will move on and you learn in your own time at your
