YANG STYLE TAI CHI is a traditional family Tai Chi Style which is popular worldwide.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and is often called moving meditation.

core strength, balance and stability, improve flexibility and promote good coordination
skills, improve overall wellbeing and it is fun!!
Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese martial art, and we aim to teach this as fully as possible,
including exercises with broadsword, straightsword and staff.
